Signature Sweets - Specializing in 3-D Shaped Cakes
At Signature Sweets, we are passionate about baking and creating beautiful and delicious cakes that are sure to impress. Our team of experienced bakers and decorators are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We offer a wide variety of cakes, including 3-D shaped cakes that are perfect for any occasion. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, or any other special event, we can create the cake of your wildest dreams.

In addition to our cakes, we also offer classes to teach food safety and baking skills. Our classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to bake and decorate beautiful cakes like a pro.
Our experienced instructor is Kimberly Adams. Kimberly is a local cake artist and baker. Signature Sweets currently has standing contracts desserts for the Fiserv as well as the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra She recently received the 2023 Women of Influence from the Milwaukee Business Journal. Kimberly also received a Proclamation from the Mayor Barrett on Nov 6th, 2016 proclaiming November 3 is Signature Sweets Day in the city of Milwaukee.
Kimberly is certified MBE and WBE
She is a Certified Servsafe Instructor & Registered Servsafe Examination Proctor for the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Kimberly is listed on the DATCP website under Food Safety Course Directory: Food Service Consultant.
Kimberly serves on the MATC Milwaukee Area Technical College - Baking and Pastry Arts Advisory Board Member.
Kimberly had taught MPS recreation classes to low income children. She is currently teaching at Racine Elementary School District.
Her cake background is extensive she is a 2 time Food Network Champion!
