Baking and Decorative Arts Standard is a six-week culinary program designed to prepare adults with skills to move from a baker at home to a baker in a commercial kitchen. Participants of the BDAS program will gain credibility and connections to major employers within the culinary industry.

Signature Sweets has developed relationships with local employers in the hospitality industry. These employers participate throughout training; motivating students, acting as judges
